1. The service
GDS Trainer provides a training simulator for the cryptic-mode reservation terminal, progress tracking and team management tools. It is an unofficial teaching tool (see Unofficial website): it cannot make any real booking, ticket or payment.
2. Accounts
- You provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- An account is personal. Only one active session is allowed per trainee account.
- Trainee accounts generated by a trainer are personal: their access link is private and works on one workstation only. The trainer can release the workstation, create a new link or disable the account.
- The trainer (team administrator) is responsible for the accounts they create and for informing their trainees.
3. Free trial
Each new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no credit card. When the trial ends, access to the simulator is suspended until a subscription is taken; data is kept as described on the Data protection page.
4. Subscription and prices
- The team subscription costs €10 per month and includes 3 trainee accounts. Each extra account costs €5 per month. The prices shown on the website when you subscribe apply.
- Payment is monthly, by card, through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month.
- You can cancel at any time from "My account › Manage my subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is due for the current period, unless the law provides otherwise.
- If a payment fails, access may be suspended after notice.
- Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance; you may then cancel.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share an account or access link, or get around the one-workstation-per-trainee limit;
- try to access other users' accounts or data, disrupt the service or test its security without written permission;
- scrape content on a large scale, or copy or resell the simulator;
- enter real payment data or real traveller personal data in the simulator;
- present GDS Trainer as an official product or as access to a live system.
If these rules are broken, we may suspend or close the account.
6. Content and ownership
The simulator, its texts, code, interface, name and logo belong to the publisher. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right of use for its duration. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners (see Unofficial website).
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot guarantee it at all times (maintenance, incidents). The simulator is a teaching approximation: it does not replace official documentation or the training given by your provider or employer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
8. Term and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from "My account" (after cancelling any running subscription). Deleting a trainer account ends access for the trainees in their team.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with its date. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules that apply to consumers.
