Our mission
Learning a GDS is like learning a language: hundreds of short entries, precise formats and error messages to understand. In real life, agents often learn on the job, worried about creating a real booking, issuing a real ticket or blocking a real seat.
GDS Trainer removes that fear. Every trainee gets a complete practice environment where they can make mistakes, start again and improve, with no consequences for any customer, airline or agency.

What you can practise
- Encoding and decoding (cities, airports, airlines, aircraft), schedules and availability.
- Building a full PNR: names, contacts, segments, SSR, OSI, remarks, end of transaction and retrieval.
- Pricing (FXP, FXB, FXA, fare families), TST, ticket issuance and display.
- Void, refund, exchange (ATC), EMD, queues, multiple office IDs and PNR security.
- NDC distribution: offers, orders and payment.
Flights are built from real public data (airports, airlines, routes) to stay realistic, but all schedules, availability, fares and numbers are fictitious.
How it works
- Create your space: 14-day free trial, no credit card.
- Generate trainee accounts: each one gets a personal access link that works on one workstation only.
- Trainees practise on a full-screen command page; you follow their points, accuracy and activity.
- To continue after the trial: a team subscription you can cancel at any time.
