When is the best season to visit Marrakech and the south?
Month by month: temperatures, crowds, prices and what we recommend.
October to April: the ideal season
Days between 18 and 26 degrees, cool nights in the desert. This is when our departures fill up: book two or three weeks ahead.
May, June and September: the good compromise
Warm but manageable, fewer people and softer prices.
July and August: adapt
Marrakech often goes over 40 degrees. We keep departures running with an earlier schedule, but we usually point travellers to the coast, Essaouira or Agadir.
